What an assessment covers
Assessments cover the stated environment limits and deliver written findings and a proposed scope.

What an assessment does not include
Assessments do not include:
- Production changes
- Incident containment
- Application migrations
- A guarantee that a system is secure
Access, eligibility and delivery dates
Access, eligibility and delivery dates are confirmed in writing.
Refunds and cancellation
If we cannot accept your assessment, we will refund it.
To request cancellation before assessment work starts, send a request through the contact form.
Remediation
Remediation requires a separate written scope and payment. Assessment credit applies once, to that associated job.
Statutory rights
Statutory rights remain applicable.
